AFS MARINE
Our marine technology studies began in 2008. The Group pioneered the entry of RIBs into the Turkish maritime sector by introducing custom-made off-shore RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) with engines that produce 300–1500 HP, targeting Turkish maritime concerns and enthusiasts.
Measuring between 7.5 and 12 meters long, high performance RIBS have off-shore safe driving speeds of 60–100 mph, and were produced by such leading Italian shipyards as BAT and NAUMATEC, which hold speed records and world titles for RIBs. These projects have been promoted successfully in national and international maritime press and at exhibitions, during which our sensational and impressively powerful off-shore projects with unique and special styles were introduced to our mariners and our seas. Aside from sailing boats and motor yachts, high power off-shore RIBs measuring 7.5 meters and over have become a competitive sector for the first time in Turkey, as a result of which we proudly witnessed domestic producers developing products to compete in this new market.
AFS GROUP MARINE offers RIBs with military capabilities and technological equipment that are suitable for civil use, and with patented military technologies for the civil marine and defense sectors.
